I am a client of Stuart Sacks and not only does he fail to provide advice but he has such a generalized understanding of the law I’m not sure he’s ever correct about anything specific. I’ve had to babysit and redirect all of his efforts and decisions to wrangle any outcomes resembling success. He will let your affairs circle the drain for years as he milks your accounts, and when it’s all done you’ll be wondering what you paid for. If you’re considering Stuart because you’re trying to save money, his rate may be attractive but you will spend double on his wasteful approach- or better yet for another attorney to take over and get caught up over all the lost time spent working with and talking to Stuart sacks- I promise, for me anything I’ve said to him has been a waste of my breath. He can’t advise on business matters because he’s not a business person He will start fights in your family, as I’m sure he has in his own. Not emotionally intelligent for a man so experienced. STAY AWAY

I don’t know what I would have done without A.J.’s help after my work accident. I lost my leg in a work accident almost 4 years ago. I still suffer with PTSD from my amputation. A.J. Palutis has been my workers’ comp attorney for almost two years since I injured my knee at work. First he got my claim accepted. Then he got my case settled for a very favorable amount of money after the insurance company sued me to stop my benefits. This will help me get on with my life as I cannot see returning to my former job. A.J. is the BEST !! I could not have survived this work injury and all that the insurance company did to me denying my claim and then sending me to doctors even after my surgery to say my knee injury was recovered. I was always able to count on A.J. being there for me no matter what my concerns were. He always calmed me down and handled everything for me. I was most impressed with his lawyer skills in court and the settlement conference with the Judge. He took control of the that conference and negotiated a settlement for me that was better than what I could ever had expected. I can’t stress this enough, CALL A.J. as soon as you have a work injury. Call him like I did before things get out of your control with the workers’ comp insurance company. He will guide you in the right direction and he will deal with your employer and their insurance company so you don’t have to.

I went with AJ based on the reviews. At first he was very prompt and sympathetic for my injury however once signing the contingent fee agreement i feel that changed. January 27th he filed everything online, which were penalties for the employer however down the road this did nothing for me. We had a virtual hearing in March again AJ was very passive and did not advocate for me after my surgery i had due to a work related injury. At times AJ would not respond to relevant questions and concerns regarding my case and employer. I went over 3 months with no income and AJ seemed content with that, i feel that his actions alone delayed my payment. I personally feel he wanted to collect his lump sum of 20 percent wage loss. Overall i feel that he did not represent me or fight hard enough to get me the result or any kind of settlement to help me during this time. He had a couple expressions he repeated often however those don't pay the bills. i feel like i wasted ample time chasing AJ around for updates, and genuine concern for an individual who had no income and was on the verge of being evicted. I felt he was working for his own interest which hurt me more. The claim was eventually approved on May 6th however i had to chase him to get that update. Poor Communication and empathy i felt like every time we spoke was the first time we spoke i had to repeat my case over and over again. NO settlement was received or pushed for.
