I needed legal advice so I contacted scaringi law and was connected with attorney Jeff schott. Jeff was very professional and seemed to be well traversed with constitutional law. There was no question about my situation that went unanswered. If I need to retain an attorney in the future or need more legal advice on constitutional law I will look to secure him as my legal representative.

Attorney Schott was an incredible help to me. He took time out of his busy schedule to go over my questions in detail. The solutions he proposed were exactly the kinds of answers I was looking for. In addition to that, he met with me very quickly from when I reached out to the firm. The proposal he outlined was clear and concrete and solved my challenge and he was very personable. I felt a great sense of relief after talking with attorney Schott and am very pleased with my experience with him.

I had a juvenile charge on my record and wanted to get it expunged. Deborah Black was so much help. The courthouse actually dropped the ball on the court date for the expungement and Deb was all over it. She held them accountable and they ended up granting my expungement. Who knows how annoying that would have been to deal with by myself. Very grateful! Deb was awesome!

On April 4, 2024, I had a consultation with Jeffrey Schott about a situation I was experiencing at work. This consultation was a hour long and free of charge. Mr. Schott answered every question that I had and gave me professional advice. His patience and understanding put me at ease. My fiancé was charged with 8 criminal counts by his ex that were completely unfounded - classic he said/ she said revenge nonsense with no real evidence. Victor was wonderful as my fiancé's defense attorney. Even when things looked a little grim, we stood our ground, refusing to accept a plea, and he fought for us. He discredited the false witnesses, laid out the facts, and led the jury to the truth, leading to a not guilty verdict for all counts. Would highly recommend.

Called in to get advice for a case and the receptionist was absolutely horrible, dismissive and rude. Told me to find another law office to go to and had no knowledge of what I was talking about.

If you need a lawyer, look no further, I was appointed Victor, friendly and very professional, Victor didn’t promise me anything but he told me he’d do the best he could yet he went beyond that, I had 8 felony charges, in which if convicted I would’ve faced at least 30 plus years behind bars, first plea was 12 ,then 7, then a one time opportunity to take a 5 year plea deal, that there is amazing if you actually considered the circumstances, yet we as in me and Victor decided to roll the ball and take my matter to trial… again Victor never promised anything but he always gave me his opinion and made sure I’d consider all the facts, long story short… Victor fault hard in court for me, discrediting witnesses, and continuously keeping the jury reminded how much of a liar my accuser was, I also took the stand but he coach for a few days straight and made sure I was ready, when the jury came back with the verdict I was found NOT GUILTY for all charges! I can’t thank Victor enough, awesome amazing and friendly lawyer! Nothings beats scaringi law!!
