The McShane Firm, and more specifically Amanda Jones and Jennifer Kain, are THE excellent legal defense professionals you WANT and NEED on your side. Both Amanda and Jen were exceptional from beginning to end as they assisted and represented us. They were both understanding and compassionate and provided excellent communication and explanation throughout our case. Amanda Jones was able to achieve for us what I would describe as the best possible outcome. She is a talented attorney and I highly recommend her, and the rest of the McShane Firm. I used the McShane Law Firm for a DUI charge. I dealt with three different attorneys and a paralegal. All the personal were very nice and professional, BUT I could have gotten the same results if I used a public defender and saved myself $5000.

I retained McShane Firm back in November for my DUI Case with Attorney Jason Jeffries and I paid for his higher rate. The day before my trial I received a phone call from his former paralegal explaining I would be getting a new attorney and he would be out with Covid. Of course, being notified 24 hours in advance was not ideal and when I pressed for an attorney for the same level of expertise I was met with frustration and told he was leaving the firm. I was assigned Amanda Jones whom called me that afternoon after asking several times to the paralegal, Jen to please have her call me so I would feel more confident as this was my first time EVER in trouble or going to court. I will say Amanda made me feel at ease once I spoke to her and when I met her she was absolutely fantastic. Amanda honestly made me feel better and that I was in good hands. She was very empathetic and I enjoyed working with her. I did express to her that I paid for Jason's Rate and it was not intended to be disrespectful. I do believe McShane Firm is worth every penny if you have the money to pay it. I paid $2500 just for Magistrate. The quotes I got to continue with them were between $3700-$4200. I know I cannot afford that even with 4 payments. I highly recommend Amanda Jones and if I could use her I would. She was amazing. Jason was great. They are a great firm. I just wish I was more prepared for the change but, life happens. Huge Thanks to Amanda and her team for getting me thru this.

Corey and Cassandra were absolutely fantastic. They were both down to earth and made me feel comfortable hiring them to defend me in my situation. Corey was passionate and dedicated to my situation and Cassandra was quick to answer questions and responded with professionalism. I scheduled a call with this firm regarding my legal issue. They responded promptly with a call back exactly at the scheduled time. I explained my issue and was told an attorney would reach out to me the next day. The next day A. M. Jones called me and was as gentle and professional as possible despite my personal eccentricities and that of the case. No stone was left unturned in her inquisition as to my situation. After hearing my story, she explained plainly in a no-bull sense what my options were, and likely outcome of the case if brought to court. I was empowered to make the appropriate decision. Long story felt I was dealing with an honest, understanding, and most of all credible firm... and to think they are lawyers !

Corey and Cassandra did a very good job of balancing professionalism with realism. They will tell you the facts, find out any answers you may have, and work hard to resolve your case. Patience is a virtue and I'm glad that things ended up the way they did. It definitely helps to have an experienced attorney no matter what situation you're in; especially if you're out of state! I felt confident that Corey and Cassandra would get this case resolved, and they did. Beyond pleased and happy to work with them! Don't second guess your decision. Go with this team.

Well attorneys paralegal was great so Was Jason but you can’t beat penndot cases it was over before it started no chance not even sure the judge paid attention.

Tim Barrouk is a great lawyer! He brought my life back to me, not to mention my wife's too. He got me through my charges in Lebanon Co., which is hard to do. I was already on probation and violated with another charge. That was awesome! The other charge was a DUI in another county and he got me off of that one too. Tim has been my lawyer for over 10 years and has gotten us through it all! Cathi Leigh was great too. She was very supportive and informative about everything the entire time. I had legal woes! I needed help. A lot was at stake for me. I called the McShane Firm and spoke to Attorney Tim Barrouk. By the time our call ended, I knew a couple things. I called the right place, and the right attorney. Tim and his Paralegal, Cathi Leigh are an unbeatable team! Cathi Leigh made sure that I was well informed, knew where to be and when and kept my anxiety level at a minimum. Tim had a plan and it worked. I received 30 days of probation and had to pay court costs. No fines! Done! I can't tell you the relief I felt! Thanks, Tim and Cathi Leigh!
