Been trying on my own for 9 years to make an appeal to get the review board to upgrade my discharge status and always got the run around never getting anywhere. After contacting crisp and associates they helped me out and got my discharge upgraded and made the process smooth and easy on my end. Very professional and would highly recommend!

I'm not really sure what to make of my experience so far. I was very excited to work with attorney Hoover and paid my fee in full. I had a good experience until he deployed. After that I recieved a letter saying I was re-assigned and 12 months later I still have absolutely no movement, updates, or contact on my case. I still have time but it is limited and I really am not certain why I seem to be one of the few unlucky clients they have in this review list. Unfortunately it does seem like there is a risk of falling through the cracks and the attorneys I have as clients in my day job seem to feel this is unusual. I am hoping to be able to write an updated review soon with a positive outcome. *update* it has been almost two years and I still cannot get a completed document. I have had some versions sent to me with incomplete or incorrect information but I still cannot get any form of response without persistently following up.

Crisp and Associates did an excellent job assisting with my case. They were very professional throughout the entire process. They listened to my concerns and addressed them as they came. With little to no time to take action they guided me on what I needed to provide to them in order to better assist me with my case. Ultimately we received the outcome I wanted and in my favor.
