I can’t speak highly enough about my experience with Mr. Crisp. I absolutely absolutely wound recommend this law firm to anyone in need of defense. Very responsive! I felt a great presence since the first time I entered the law firm. I knew I was in good hands and that Mr. Crisp and his associates would be able to help me. I had visited many firms before coming to his and let me tell you, not one made me feel the way I felt entering this law firm. He did a phenomenal job in handling my case and thanks to him I am still able to live a good life. When I would email anyone I heard right back. Phone calls were returned. Mr. Jonathan himself would contact me back if I had any concerns or worries. I didn’t worry not one time when I was in court because I was confident that he handled my case well. Let me say this first, I called so many law firms seeking help with my husband case and everyone pretty much said the same thing. “For a failed urinalysis, your husband will be discharged from the US Navy, and I should be worried about how he will be discharged”. Well, not until I spoke with Adam Leydig of Crisp and Associates. Adam rest assured me this case won’t be easy but he was definitely willing to fight for my husbands case. He gave me all the possible scenarios during our consultation and the next morning I told my husband this is the guy we’re hiring, call him now. April 22nd I believe, My husband asked Adam to represent him. May 25th my husbands case was dismissed entirely at captains mast in California. No charges, no restriction, no reduced pay, no rank demotions or anything. Best firm to help with my circumstances, against a COC that wished nothing more than to destroy my career using shady tactics. At my reading when all this and my circumstances were laid bare before my brigade commander with all my COC present, they recommended maximum punishments. Having a well prepared rebuttal completed by Crisp and Associates was the best defense and helped put my concerns and issues into words, effectively showing my BC that a maximum/any punishment was not warranted and ending my career with a chapter should not happen. After my BC reviewed all evidence i was given a VERY light punishment and my COC was forced to pull the chapter they wanted when my BC stated that a chapter would not be happening. All I can say is thank you for easing my worry and always being available.

I hired Owen Hoover to represent me for a case involving the Navy Council of Review Board, regarding an RE code upgrade. Owen was absolutely incredible. I have worked with lots of attorneys and I have never had one who cared so much about helping his client. We would go over the case for hours. He often worked until 2 or 3am in the morning helping me prepare for the trail. He took time to do research on the judges and the case law to make sure we had the best strategy possible going into trail. I honestly thought that we didn't have chance at winning the case.
