I would not recommend this firm. Stephanie Luzzi was handling my mother’s case and all was going well. Unfortunately, my mother passed and it was up to me to pick up the case which I was able to do due to the Nature of the case and me being related. Stephanie left the firm not long after and no one notified me of such. When I hadn’t heard back from anyone in a few weeks I called in and it was very hush hush that she had left the firm.. I wasn’t told who would be contacting me just that someone would. Flash forward another week and I finally get in touch with one of the Rosenbergs who says that my case is being presented to outside firms that they work with to see who would be picking it up. Another few weeks pass and I don’t hear back. I call in and again I’m told the same thing that it’s being reviewed. That was a month ago and I haven’t heard from them since. Communication, professionalism and honesty are all lacking at this firm.

Attorney Matt Rosenberg was very helpful in getting my accident settlement settled in a timely manner. He got the maximum for me that the insurance companies offered. I highly recommend him as well as HHR to anyone needing an injury attorney.

Was in a accident in 8/17/20 haven’t heard anything from them had to keep sending emails they finally response saying I didn’t have full tort so I couldn’t sue but I can get my miss work wages so my job sent them the document to them in October of 2020 haven’t receive my work wages yet and still no response from them i will never deal with them again I’m starting to think they are working for the teenager that hit me from behind, so now I have full tort now if I’m in another accident I will not be contacting them.
