Slow responsiveness and lack of communication from the law firm
“My uncle calls and no one is there to take his call when he talks to the secretary. Mail is piling up in the foyer according to the real estate people when showing the house, I get termination letters for the bills such as home insurance and electricity and then we frantically have to pay it ourselves even though there is money in my dad's checking account to handle the bills.”
