Tom was a wonderful attorney who went above and beyond for our family. He was very straightforward, honest and kept open communication through the duration of our case.

My experience with this law firm has been one of unprofessionalism and negligence. My uncle, the executor, hired Mette law after my father died as one of the people in the firm was a neighbor and fellow church goer with my father. They asked for a $5000 retainer to handle the probate process of my father's estate and then proceeded to sit on their hands for the next 3 months. In the meeting that we had in August they outlined what they were going to do in terms of handling all the bills, getting all the mail redirected to their office, and to set up the estate checking account to handle said bills. So far, none of this has been done. I sent multiple emails asking them when things are going to get done and most of the time they do not answer me. When they do answer me or my uncle, they just say that this process takes time; but they have not done anything that I can see. My uncle calls and no one is there to take his call when he talks to the secretary. Mail is piling up in the foyer according to the real estate people when showing the house, I get termination letters for the bills such as home insurance and electricity and then we frantically have to pay it ourselves even though there is money in my dad's checking account to handle the bills. So they took our money and then have not done anything to earn that money. I would never recommend this law firm to anyone.

I received highly responsive & effective counsel from Atty. James A. Beebe of Mette Evans & Woodside. The cost was reasonable and they even offered methods of phased payments as well as levels of legal pursuit & actions I could pursue on my own for cost savings I felt fully informed of the various paths to move forward for the best chance of success. I was also impressed with the initiatives, process & follow-up communications. Basically, I felt he had my back at all times. I will definitely turn to James & his colleagues at Mette Evans & Woodside.

Victoria Edwards is exceptional at her job! She is very knowledgable of the workman's compensation laws. She kept us informed at every turn and I was able to settle my case out and meet all my needs financially, and mentally with the peace of mind she provided. knowing that my case was being handled like it was her own eased the constant stress that a work injury often provides. I would recommend her services to anyone and won't hesitate using her in the future if the need arises!! Top notch!

I must say that Ms Edwards is extremely professional, She got me what I needed and continues to stay on top of my case. We need more lawyers like her. Never once has she put me "on the back burner". I highly recommend her for your needs!
