this law office will rob you blind. don't pay the full amount till its time to file just pay the retaining fee because if you change your mind they will keep it all and charge 35 dollars to open an email.

I started a payment plan in April of 2018 and was finally able to pay the 1495 retainer fee in full this February 2019. We discussed a chapter 7 bankruptcy. I would CALL or email the paralegal throughout that time to let her know I was still interested, but was having a hard time keeping up with my bills along with making payments to their office. First of all the paralegal Bernadette was very negative, hardly ever responded to my emails in a timely manner so at times I would have to call. Her appearance looked like she always rolled out of bed and she would speak negatively about the receptionist and the other attorney in the office so that's how unprofessional she was. Anyway this February I was finally able to pay the 1495 in full. I was called to come in for the signing and was told i had to do a 13. That wasn't going to work so I decided to go in a different direction with a different attorney from Philly. When I went out to find out about my refund me frumpy gave me a letter from Gary stating that I want getting one. The original contract that I signed said $500 Of this was non refundable and when I looked over the itemized bill I then ask for her to explain organs she got very very nasty with me and said well it's all here. She then said IS THAT IT as if she was dismissing me. I was shocked, but then again I wasn't. The bill had charges for her calling me and my voicemail coming on just alot of charges for emailing me taking time to take a payment things of that nature. I really feel like there was some discrimination and I was treated this way because of my financial situation. One of the reasons I didn't agree to the 13 is because i plan to go back to school both my husband and I and I was told that if income changes the $500 per month for 55 months could go up. The attorney Gary actually had the audacity to ask me how much more money do I plan to earn? I'm still confused as to that question because people need to earn as much money as they can especially today in age. Bottom line is when One good up for myself and didn't think the 13 was best I then was given a bogus bill for charges and was told also in the letter that any additional charges due to the office would be written off. That right there makes no sense if the money is due why would you write it off especially an attorney if your charging me for a 10th of an hour or however the billing was on the paper I was given. But it's ok I'm blessed and I will overcome hurtle, but please please please ask all questions as far as a refund when consulting an attorney and stay away from this Law office especially if they have a negative staff. The receptionist was friendly and even Garybwas nice and friendly. But I still feel I was treated unfairly.

Many Years ago I needed an attorney while dealing with financial issues with my ex husband. Gary was so helpful and represented me and my case, as well as protected my finances. I highly recommend him and his office. To this day I still contact him if I need advice or referrals for Legal issues.
