Inconsistent quality of service and communication
“Unfortunately my experience with Joshua Ganz was subpar in comparison to my current attorney. I'm so glad I did not retain Joshua Ganz. I cannot recommend him due to his lack of etiquette (never returned my phone call when he promised he would so essentially ghosted me)- NOT professional at all”

Potential issues with estate planning and execution
“My 91 year old mother had her will done with laura. Total disaster. Laura told me that there is no power of attorney in place. Looking through my Mother's desk a few months later and guess what, she had a power of attorney and a living will done by this law firm in the late 90s appointing me. What a living nightmare. I went into the office to inform Laura and owner and they refused to talk to me and threatened to call police if I did not leave. The worst experience ever!”
