I have been waiting for a couple thousand dollar retainer to be sent back to me. After the few times I got ahold of someone, I never got an answer as to what is going on. Now they don't even answer or call back. I can only assume I have to call the bar association at this point.

Very unprofessional! The firm was hired to handle my closing. They neglected to inform us about entering the final reading of the propane tank into the contract, which costs us about $600. We contacted them to help us in recovering the funds and their unwillingness to help added to the terrible experience. Customer service and professionalism is not their strong suit.
There are many other real estate law firms around, choose one of them.

I used this abstract company in 2020 when I purchased my first property. It went smooth, flawlessly and everyone was professional. I had questions, they got answers. Unfortunately when I bought my second property, the community used a different co and things did not go so smooth. I recommend statewide 100%

Contacted their office via email twice after emailing all initially requested information. Called the office and spoke to the legal assistant/secretary three times, in a span of the week (I gave them my name and phone number again). Was promised to hear back from them on three occasions, to no avail. First time experiencing such poor customer service.
