Dean Morgan literally saved my business. I received a threatening letter from a big law firm representing my former employer telling me to "Cease and Desist." The lawyer quoted cases and statutes. I thought I would lose my startup business. Dean listened to the facts, read the letter, and assured me that I had nothing wrong. He immediately wrote a letter to my former employer's lawyer refuting all of the claims. He advised the lawyer to "show me the evidence or stop harassing my client." Over three months later, and I have not heard another word. Dean is a fighter. He is not afraid to challenge the big law firms and seemed to enjoy it! He saved my business. I owe him a huge debt of gratitude. But, his fees... Very reasonable, probably too low, to be honest.

I swore I would consult with several attorneys before making a decision after my husband's small business was served for just shy of $200k but reading reviews and responses, Dean suckered my husband in immediately. We consulted with him and even went a tad after over the time allotment but we weren'trushed away. He was extremely patient. I've dealt with enough lawyers to know that this is NOT normal. After the consultation, we hired him, without much debate or consulting other lawyers. That's when my husband and I found out how Dean is NOT a normal attorney in any sense. He's superior. Quick to respond, responds outside of normal lawyer business hours, straight to the point, breaks everything down about the process, uses analogies of chewbacca and puppies to make any legal jargon comprehensible, and not once did he make us feel as though we were a burden. And his rates are unheard of. I really thought I was going to have to sell my house to afford a lawyer for our case. It's almost like he would rather help someone than bankrupt them. His people skills are on point, unless you are someone who prefers uptight and snobby personalities. I was able to contact him directly any time I needed to. Despite my reservations and fears, Dean was quick to reassure us that he was going to fight this and we would win. He did not disappoint. After several months of back and forth, we were graced with the absolute best news possible, the plaintiffs finally gave up. Not only did he fight our battle with with and grace, he gave us advice and his words of wisdom to help us make better legal decisions in the future. Even before the conclusion of our case, I had already recommended another small business to him. It's been a few months since winning that case, but I still consult him for advice on business legalities. I would highly recommend him to anyone for anything, except divorces, because apparently he won't handle divorces...yet. Again, he is NOT your normal attorney but if you need someone to help with a legal issue and not rob you blind, I encourage you to consult with Dean. I really can't speak highly enough of him and whether he is aware or likes it, he will be our go to attorney in the future. Sorry Dean, you're stuck with us :)

Dean and his team were fantastic. From the initial convenient online case evaluation through the successful conclusion at the end, I never felt like a number. Dean and his team never overpromised, but they certainly overdelivered. Dean and Ashlee responded to emails quickly and efficiently andanswered every possible question, no matter how crazy. I was facing a mandatory 90+ days in jail. Per Dean's initial evaluation, the best I could hope for was a chance at 90 days of work release in lieu of jail. I was happy with that, but at the last minute I was denied this plea by the county and forced into a continuance to reassess my options. 3 months in jail time seemed probable, but Dean managed to sway the court into allowing me to do 120 days house arrest instead. Not a single day spent in jail. While he doesn't promise results, he doesn't give lip service either. Dean is a great lawyer, with integrity. Atty. Morgan made a very intimidating and somewhat complicated process (DUI), easy to understand and brought a calming and reassuring feeling with each interaction. The man is very knowledgeable and very good at delivering that information in a easy to understand way. In my preliminary hearing after we were done, both the magistrate and a few officers were asking Dean various questions on a new law that had been passed. He should have been charging them for legal advice. Excellent attorney that I'm glad I had to help me through my positive outcome.

I hired Dean Morgan to represent me in a dui charge I received. I’m a West Virginia resident so even though Pennsylvania first offense is not to strict, I was facing a year suspension in West Virginia if found guilty. After reviewing dash cam footage Dean Morgan convinced prosecutor that there was noprobable cause for initial traffic stop therefore anything after that fact would be inadmissible in court. I walked away with a 100$ fine! I could not have been happier! I urge you, if you ever need a good dui attorney, Dean Morgan is the guy to call!!!

At that time I was lost in what, where, how I was going to get through it. From day one I had nothing but confidence in my attorney. Dean is a straight shooter. No false hopes. Never did I feel like I was just another name on his schedule. He explained thoroughly every step of the process. And If there was any questions I had, at all random times, I would have an answer within minutes. All I can recommend is to take my advice if you get yourself in my previous position.
