If you like being lied to, taken advantage of and disrespected then these are your guys. should NOT be an attorney. Completely misled me to waive preliminary, and totally destroyed my defense. WASTE of money. Better off watching YouTube and representing yourself.

John Martin took my retainer fee, showed up to my first custody hearing with no paper work completed (that’s the attorneys job) and made me look like a fool. He then returned out of $5k only $300.00 for doing absolutely nothing. He filed no paper work and did nothing for my custody hearing. Guy just wants a paycheck. You could represent yourself better!

I would like it if a public defender would fight for you as hard as the paid attorney this isn't really saying anything bad in regards to Mr Martin but I do think he can fight for me harder
