Paid retainer by taking out a bank loan, as we did not have that much money in savings. She wrote a single one page letter on our behalf, which we had to edit for her. We decided not to take the civil matter any further and requested a copy of the billable hours on August 23, 2019 and a refund for our remaining balance. It is now September 26, 2019 and we have not gotten a response to the 4 emails and phone message we have sent her.

She was beyond knowledgeable in the subject and handled the situation in the most appropriate professional way. Made me feel at ease about my case knowing that I'm in the best hands and I am winning having her as my attorney.
