Alex is not your otlrdinat attorney. He is knowledgeable, prompt, efficient and has a calm nature about him when with his clients which gives relief or nervousness you may have.
If you have a legal issue, start your first fall with him. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Alex Morestky is the most unethical attorney I have ever met. He will take your matter, retainer, and then decide to represent the opposing party while not telling his current clients of his unwaivable conflict of interest only to enrich himself. Potential clients should seek counsel elsewhere as Alex lies to his clients and courts to unjustly enrich himself. He should be disbarred.

Spent $2500 on retainer and provided very personal information.
I received no information about my case after months of waiting.
When I ended his services, moretsky stalled and has not returned retainer.
I am filing complaints with the PA Bar, PA Attorney General, and other governmental agencies.
