These guys are very professional and extremely knowledgeable. They handled a very complicated case for me. We prevailed through this tough case but had we not, my life would have been very different. True to their slogan they are undoubtedly aggressive, however not in a professional or upstanding manner. I had the misfortune of coming across Andrew Baratta several years ago after purchasing my first home. A Magesterial judge found that the seller had sufficient knowledge and subsequently withheld information on the sellers disclosure. Being as I was a young single woman, working several nurisng jobs to pay for my home, over 10k to rectify an issue that was withheld from me was not feasible, and I sought to have the seller take accountability for this expense given the fraudulent circumstances. Mr. Baratta proceeded to abuse the legal power given to him as an attorney to bully me into submission as opposed to allowing the legal system to have it's intended effect. Direct quote from his letter "Even more important for our purposes is the practical reality that [Mrs] is my wife's beloved grandmother. This of course entitles her to a lifetime of free legal representation from me and all of the lawyers in my firm in any action Ms. Mitch might contemplate, which means that even if there were assets from which to recover a judgment in this case, the time and expense of doing so will render the effort wholly Quixotic at best." I moved on and managed the problem, however I have retained this letter all these years and have now come to realize those who act unethically and with disregard for other members of society should not be able to hide their behaviors. I also believe in professionals upholding the ethics of their profession.
