I recently attended a trial for a close friend of mine who lost her husband due to medical malpractice. I was very impressed with Tony and how prepared he was and how hard he fought for my friend and her family. I attended a trial in which Mr Baratta was the attorney for my friend, the plaintiff. He made me very happy he was for her and not on the other side. He had thought of each possibility the other side could bring up to make my friend's case seem unworthy to pursue and made it clear through specialists and believable witnesses her case was authentic. The jury agreed. He won the case!
