I went through a completely unexpected divorce and custody situation and had no idea where to turn. Everyone I spoke with recommended Jim. I had no prior experience with any type of courtroom proceedings, and I had no idea what to expect. I do not regret my decision to go with him in any facet. Custody battles bring out the worst in people, and emotions can run high. I have to admit that for myself, there were times where I felt lost and hopeless. It was hard for me to accept that sometimes my point of view wasn’t correct, and Jim stuck by my side regardless and continued to provide me with the best and most accurate answers to my questions while helping me have reasonable expectations. I’d also like to add that when comparing his prices with others, Jim had a very competitive rate considering his level of experience. If you are looking for an honest, reasonable, and straight-shooting representative that behaves like a man amongst boys in the courtroom, Jim is absolutely the best. I only have him to thank for the wonderful relationship I have with my daughter.
