I felt like I was included in the decisions not just told this is what we are going to do. The attorney spoke with me and gave me choices while clearly explaining what each would entail. They even listened to me have a small meltdown without cutting me off or making me feel bad about it. In the end I felt like I was part of the process and got more of a settlement than I expected.

Marcus and Mack very professional in all aspects of their firm and wouldn’t trust anyone but them to handle and injury claims. They handled few claims for me and was very fast to get things settled quickly, and made my claim dress and worry free, everyone from receptionist to Sharon to attorneys great people and professional, courteous and always only a phone call away , returned calls promptly if they didn’t answer on initial call. Do yourself a favor their tv ads are legit and don’t call anyone else in your time of need
