I learned I was being investigated for a felony. I reached out to Tom after seeing his reviews online. He was quick to consult with me. He has decades of experience of working in Indiana and knew the law enforcement I would be dealing with. This helped with the plan he made for me during the investigation phase. With his help, the case was closed during the investigation phase with no further charges or action taken.

Mr. Kauffman recently represented my daughter at a preliminary hearing. She had been charged with possession. Mr. Kauffman served brilliantly in that capacity, revealing flaws in the case against her. She did have to plead guilty to a much lesser charge, but justice was served and the case went no further. I highly recommend this lawyer. We simply cannot imagine that we would ever have found a more effective advocate to have had on our side.
