Being hurt severely in an automobile accident where I was hit very hard from behind impacted my life more than I ever would have thought. Joe DeRita is good at what he does, in fact, he is very good. He is exceptionally competent in the Personal Injury and Workers Compensation arena. Joe takes a real interest in his clients; he knows how to navigate the system, and he keeps his clients informed. Within a very short time of Joe’s handling my case, he was able to have my Workers Comp benefits re-instated at 100% and is currently negotiating a lump sum settlement.
