Great staff. They is always someone available for you to talk to. They listen to you and do what's in your best interests, they are always communicating what's going on in your case with you. You never feel left out mislead by anything they say or do! Would recommend them to any and everyone!

Great outcome on my case the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because communication did get a little mixed up from time to time but Ken always figured it out and we got right back on track… I referred him to family and friends because I was definitely satisfied with the outcome!

Completely lack of communication, my case has been going now about a year and half because they don’t answer the phone when the insurance calls. They dropped my case but still haven’t told the insurance that my has been dropped. Took me 4 months of calling everyday to get of hold of someone on the phone, wish is crazy.

I’ve been a client since June. I have heard from Ken once. Which was in July via phone call and only because my physical therapist called him first and mentioned the lack of communication. During that call I was given his cell phone number to contact him and told to text only, if needed. I have questions about my case, I text him 3 times no answer or reply. I requested via phone call to his office several times a copy of the documents I signed. No answer. I get a voicemail when I call the office and the receptionist transfers me, a voicemail when I call the cell phone and text messages are unanswered since September 14th. At this point I want my file and need to move on. I’ll take a day off in the next two weeks to stop by their office. This is insane.

Marc Weinberg came through in a crunch. I had too many things going on at once, let me tell you. I wasn't able to work. I went into debt. All due to the other party that caused the accident. The other parties' team was not trying to give me back what I lost. And I absolutely needed back what I lost to balance out my debt among other things. So, I booked an appointment. Came by the office. I told Marc my situation. He told me he would fight for what I lost. He recommended not to get into anymore debt and maintain what I have. I agreed and I shook his hand with my head hanging low as he gave me words of encouragement while he walked me to the door. I kept my composure, while practicing gratitude and patience. And before I knew it, he called me back. It was pro-freaking-lific. Marc got me back what I lost & then some. Thank GOD for fresh starts and a proficient team of professionals that can deliver results! If you need it done right, do what I did & make the right choice. That's all I can say.
