David was extremely helpful and attentive to my needs and questions during this stressful process. He listened to my concerns and requests and did what he could for them. He was a great advocate for me and really made this process as tolerable as it could be. He also really respected my time and restraints with my job. I am very thankful for being referred to him and for choosing him to represent me.

WOW! I wish I have met Mr. Dubin in 2015 at the beginning of my divorce when I lived in Bucks County, PA. I moved to Florida in 2015 and hired an attorney in Bucks County and then could not afford an attorney to finish my divorce in 2017. Well that was a waste of time and things didn't go well on my end. December 2020 a friend told me to look at this website called AVVO for attorneys. So glad I did! After researching and looking at their ratings at 4.8 and higher. I decided to email Mr.Dubin after speaking to many other attorneys and they only cared about money and not helping me. My divorce was final in 2017 BUT PSA was never dated a time frame in which to to remove my name off the mortgage. I was going through a lot since moving to Florida, then a divorce and starting your life over after 21 years of marriage. After 6 months working with Mr. Dubin, the last piece of my divorce was finalized and that is ALL thanks to him. Mr. Dubin knew my ex husband was going to try all kinds of things and this may be a challenge but Mr. Dubin made me feel comfortable and that my ex wasn't going to get out of this one! NOT THIS TIME! Also thanks to a great judge in Bucks county, she was not playing at all. I have always said, "I just would have found you back in 2015, I wouldn't be dealing with this now". We never met in person, our conversations were done by phone or emails. Communication was great and he made sure I was happy at the end. Normally I do not write reviews, I will this time because the last door of my past has finally closed!!! Now I can move forward in my life finally. Thanks a million, Mr. Dubin.

Working with Mr. Dubin was a very great experience! He is very knowledgeable and professional! I worked with him on a child custody case and he made it an easy and smooth process while preparing for the hearing and during the hearing. I liked that he fought for me, but in the same token, kept the peace between the other party and I. He kept great communication during the process and made sure things were always going smoothly between the other party and I. Should I need his services again, I will not hesitate to call him. He turned an exhausting situation into an easy one, me being one month postpartum. I had no worries that he would be working hard on my behalf.

David was a tremendous help as I navigated through a very uncertain, frightening, challenging, process. I wanted David to perform like a pit bull but he knew he was dealing with a chihuahua. With his knowledge, influence, and guidance, we were able to settle out of court. He even gave personal advice on a number of topics, including sending my daughter to a Montessori School several years ago. Today, David is still responsive as needed. His assistant Linda is equally as helpful and prompt responding to questions or concerns.

Very good service. Max was very helpful with prepping for the immigration interview so we felt confident when we went. He answered any and all questions of ours, so when we went to the interview it was pretty easy. Big thanks to all the staff here for all of their help!
