I’ve has excellent experiences with Anna Sappington and her associate Justice Irons. Anna really knows elder care issues and knows how to inform and advise her clients. Both are highly professional and are sympathetic interlocutors. The fees are fair, and all charges are totally transparent. Highly recommended.

Very informative and helpful

Our experience with Anna, Justice and Sheila was nothing short of wonderful. They made the uncomfortable process of estate planning seamless and effortless. They answered all our questions, concerns and were extremely accommodating in setting up early morning appointments and zoom calls. We would recommend their services for all your estate planning needs.

Anna Sappington and Justice Irons were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me with estate planning. I was referred to Anna while having a special concern for my newly diagnosed neurodivergent adult daughter; but as well, I have a neurotypical adult son that I could not discount. They were able to help me with sound advice, to adapt my will, and to create Special Needs Trusts for my daughter but with keen attention to treating both of my children equitably. They were patient with me and kindly answered my incessant questions. Admittedly, this legal and financial stuff goes right above my head, but Anna and Justice were able to dumb it down enough for my basic understanding. I highly recommend Anna Sappington, Esq. for special needs planning.

I will say this Anna and Justice Irons are nice people; but I am displeased with their service! They had no problem taking the $500 for the consultation and initially saying they would pursue my case. I would avoid these guys and shop around before hiring a lawyer. I think it's very convenient to take people's money and do little to no assistance for them. Imagine if I went forth to pay the $15,000 dollars only for their to be a minimal chance of my case being won. Go to Gerhart and Gerhart, way better Rob gave me actual good advice and said I had a strong case! The difference between firms that care and don't are so blatant!

Anna Sappington, Esq. worked with me to settle my mother’s estate. I found Anna to be professional, courteous, and thorough. She fully explained the process from start to finish in terms that were easy to understand. I would definitely use her again and I highly recommend Anna as an attorney.

I cannot say enough about Anna Sappington and the amazing work that she did for my mother. Anna assisted in the MA approval process for my mother and her placement in a skilled nursing facility. I absolutely never could have done this on my own. Anna was extremely professional, detail oriented and communicative.
