I was referred to Caron Graff by a client who told me simply, "She is brilliant! Caron doesn't just know the law, she knows and understands finance and how to use both together." He was 100% right! Unfortunately, I didn't start with Caron- don't make the same mistake I made!! I thought I was in good hands with another very high profile firm but they cost me an obscene amount of money and left all kinds of loose ends that continue to rack up bills! Crazy as it sounds, they didn't seem to comprehend that the agreements they forged and encouraged me to sign would have lasting impact on my personal finances and my family's well being. Caron REALLY cares and has shrewdly and adeptly helped me navigate my way through the nightmare created by others- she appreciates the STRESS of it all and responds on time with solid answers, she is amazing to communicate with and doesn't try to answer before I am halfway though the question, she respects my time (divorce can be a full time job but I need to keep my actual full time job more than ever now and she maximizes our time so I can focus on my work), and she is accessible and timely like no other attorney I have worked with!! Her team matches her high standards of client care and communication. I firmly believe had I gone with Caron from the start my life would be completely different and my bank account would be more than double what it is today! I cannot recommend Graff & Associates and Caron Graff enough!!!

I have been with Caron since 2017 and I cannot say enough good things about her and her firm! I have used her for my divorce as well as custody battles. My sons dad unfortunately takes me to court almost every year, but working with Caron over all these years has made her and her team feel like family. She and Heather really do care! They are always available for me and are at times like my therapists. Heather even called me one evening (was not billed for it) just to check on me the night before court and make sure I was ok. They have jumped through hoops for me and I am so grateful for all of their hard work. Caron and Heather are smart and feisty! If you need someone to have your back, these are your ladies!

I have been dealing with Graff & Associates since 2018. They are a wonderful group of people and very professional when it comes to the mater at hand but above that they also try to conect with their client because divorce is a life changing event. Sharon the office manager has gone above and beyond her duties there to help me when she wasnt required to. She has listened and made me feel more then a client at times, just for that i would absolutely recommend this firm alone. Sharon has also helped to explain how things really work to me. This firm is not like the typical firm or divorce lawyers that try to bleed you dry, they will work with you because they really do care anout their clients. I have had a few lawyers there helped to win my custody battle(which we won) and now their working on my divorce. Sharon thru out it all is the one constant i have been able to count on the most. She is the type of employee that all businesses would want to be apart if their winning team.

Words cannot explain how grateful I am to Caron and her associates for helping me through my divorce and custody processes! Communication was awesome, someone was always available to answer the MANY questions I had about everything happening. Caron and Adam made my custody hearing much less stressful and were very understanding and reassuring throughout. I highly recommend using Graff & Associates!

I needed a lawyer to help with my custody case. That in their words was a simple win. I was referred to this law firm and despite my effort to make a decision during the consultation I was still mislead. She seem kind and empathetic and with so much knowledge and years in practice.Her sales speech was also amazing. I really believe she cares unfortunately her team is the complete opposite. Once the consultation and paper work are signed you are handed off. It seems like she has no idea what her team are actually doing as lawyers. They care only about running the bill up as high as they can until you get so frustrated with no results or anything to show for it. I have done more work and seen more result doing it by myself then what they have done. Yet they were paid when I barely had funds for it. It was truly a waste of money. Lesson definitely learned.I feel sorry for anyone who has gone through it or that may fall for it. She is not the reflection of everyone in the firm.Wish she was still representing and would look for new staff.

"In August 2019, I saved my son's life due to a choking incident. The state viewed it differently. My son has server genetic disorders and the state was trying to cover all of it up. I am so glad we found Mike Houghton, what a remarkable lawyer. I was facing 27 years in prison along with a 50 thousand dollar fine for saving my sons' life. The reading police and berks CPS removed me from my home for 1 and a half years. Mike went through everything including 3000 pages plus of medical records. His drive to help others is paramount, to say the least. He fought these criminal charges put against me from August 2019 to June 2021. With his expertise, he was able to beat all charges put against me in a trial by jury. I was able to go home to see my son’s again. But that is not the end of it. CPS refused to remove my name from the child abuse database. Mike fought CPS and the state for another 1 and a half plus years to have my name removed. On January 11 of 2023, my name was removed from the database. This case took roughly 3 years and 5 months all due to the fact CPS and the state refused to see my sons' medical conditions. They did not want to acknowledge the fact that my sons' genetic disorders causes him to do Self-inflicted harm. I would not be here and my son would not have a dad if it was not for Mike. I highly recommend him. Thanks again Mike Josh"

worst attorney ever

How does this woman even have 4/5 stars??And how is she still able to legally swindle people of their hard earned money. If I could give 0 stars, that's what she deserves. She just wants your $ and could care less about the results. We have little recourse for poor representation than a review. Her only response to a poor review is to lie or ask Google to delete.

Worst decision I've ever made. Do yourselves a favor and find a loaf of rye bread and some butter. You'll get farther in court with that then these sham lawyers. Talked a real big talk. Slam dunk this. Slam dunk that. When came time for court the trial was turned over to a Jr attorney at her "firm". Spoke to me and my wife like we were children. Shushed us. Cut us off, made faces at each other when we spoke. Caron and her "team" are the reasons why lawyers get stereotyped. Total scam artists. All she cares about us her fees. If just one person reads this and runs not walk the other way from her it'll be worth the time it took to write this. Refuses to turn over and of our files and notes then went ahead and told opposing counsel she no longer represented us. We only found out because opposing counsel informed us of the situation. Does not take criticism well and reverts to name calling and bullying if you don't so what she wants. Curses at you if you disagree with her and her cohorts and will never return your call unless it's about money. Avoid this awful woman at all cost. It will cost you tens of thousands of dollars otherwise.
