Most lawyers will tell you things that they can't deliver on or become incredibly irritated behind each question asked, not Michael Mednick he will sit there and go over everything is with you step by step, you feel like he is in your corner with his vast knowledge in law he is personable, friendly and respectful I'm at the end of the my workers comp case not only did he get what I deserve he got more and still is working hard on the 3rd party, but money aside the fact he will check up on you after a surgery or find you the right doctor who will work as hard to get you better only speaks to how great a lawyer he is, I wish I could give a 10 star rating I highly recommend him to anyone who needs an attorney who will fight for them.

My wife and I were given Mr. Mednick's name from our doctor while I was in the hospital for my infection and subsequently an amputation of my left big toe due to a blister/infection I got while on a job at work. Recognizing that I would be out of work a long time healing our Doctor encouraged us to speak with Mr. Mednick to help us through the Workman's Comp process which was very new to us. He explained the law to us and got us through a long 7 months process. Our case is over now and did opt for a settlement with the insurance company.
