He dragged his feet way too long during my case. He always found extra thing$ to charge me for. He is a sleazy guy who came on to me more than once.

Mr. Opalka has gone above and beyond to resolve my current custody matter. He has been extremely prompt with all responses and has kept me informed on the matter . He has been extremely fair with pricing and exceeds those arrangements in all manners. One of a kind!

He was supposed to be representing me in our divorce but he always did things so as "not to upset" my ex-husband. He was more concerned about the well being of my ex, not me. My younger son had been living with his father (and I was paying child support!) until he was told to find someplace else to live. When my son came to live with me, I asked Mr Opalka to stop the child support. He "kept forgetting" to do that and my ex continued to get the support money (which was automatically deducted from my paycheck). After 2 1/2 months I called Mr Opalka's partner and she immediately filed the papers. Mr Opalka dragged out my divorce MUCH longer than it should have been. When I spoke with his partner, she immediately filed the final divorce paperwork also and the divorce was finalized very soon afterwards. I paid him a LOT of money and he totally let me down!

Mr. Opalka was a wonderful, knowledgeable, easy to speak to attorney throughout my several years long divorce. I would highly recommend him.

Bob represented me in support matters and was thoroughly wonderful and knowledgeable. He never lost on any court visit. I credit him with executing my custody matter to my complete satisfaction. A sure bet.

I had excellent representation by Mr. Opalka. He was very knowledgeable, and very resourceful. Overall, an excellent experience, considering what a terrible ordeal my family was going through.

The reviewer named "Tish" was advised not to move and insisted on doing so. She was specifically warned of the dangers of moving in a custody case. She was not happy with the advice and was finally told to do what she wanted and the relationship was terminated.

Used in a divorce and custody case, drew up bills and didn't help. Told me one thing, courts then were irrate when I did what he told me... ie moving before going to court. Then would say never told you that. Says one thing, then rescinds on word.
