I wish every attorney had the integrity and hands on approach demonstrated by Anthony Roberti. Imagine, an attorney who actually takes phone calls! So nice, and so client focused... along with very fair legal fees. If you're anywhere in the Lehigh Valley, it's well worth the drive to Jim Thorpe for an attorney you can count on.

Id like to start off by saying this is the most unprofessional embarrassing firm I’ve been to, in all honestly they shouldn’t even be operating, I had gone back in the spring to simply sell a lot I had owned, I provided all of the paper work needed for both selling and buying party’s, they had to run a title search on the lots and I was told within 3 weeks from the title search being complete we would have closing. 3 weeks had gone by and I didn’t hear anything about the title search results, When I called I had been told no one was available at the moment and they would return my call as soon as they’d returned, days had gone by so I called back and was told the same story and again no call back, at this point I drove down to the office and expressed I needed to speak with someone as I was on a bit of a time crunch to get this done, when I was brought back to talk to Roberti I was told he had lost all of my paper work. At this point I was getting frustrated but I was able to provide new copy’s of the papers, I was told the title search would be complete that week, 2 and a half weeks later I called again and after having to drive back down because no one was “available” to take my calls according to the secretary, I was told the title search was incomplete and that it was my job to handle that and that I had to go the the archives building and provide the papers for the search, being extremely frustrated I did, I provided all the papers they needed to complete the search, once I received confirmation that the search was complete we set a closing date, 3 weeks had gone by and I was on my way to closing, (1:30 drive). I was nearly there as well as the buyer and I received a call stating that they couldn’t do the closing because they simply didn’t prepare it in the first place. They apologized and said we could hold it the following week and rescheduled. I called the day before to confirm we were good to go and they told me sorry but we lost your papers. I drove there that day and took the few papers they hadn’t lost and left. I want to express that I do suspect Mr.Roberti was dementia he’s completely unstable, bottom line from the Secretary’s to the attorneys they place is an absolute joke and should have they’re license revoked. Please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Top Notch Title Company and Real Estate Attorneys. They have generations of experience and are one of the premier title agents in the area. Their customer service is excellent and they go above and beyond for their clients. I highly recommend this company for all your real estate needs.

Had a client go to sign documents, which worked out ok...it was everything else that was terrible. No parking, no sign or number on the building. When they finally found the office after stopping and asking 2 other businesses, the door was locked...Weird. As they walked away to call, someone opened the door.
