I was represented by attorney Paul Levy at a jury trial on 5/11/21. Not only was I found not guilty, but he only had the case for two weeks. Great attorney. If you have Paul Levy your in great hands.

I was recently represented by the Carbon County public defenders office at the Carbon County courthouse. The attorney assigned to me was Mr.Paul Levy. I know sometimes public defenders get a bad reputation, but Mr Levy and the team of men and women in the office were there for me every step of the way throughout my case, explaining what I needed to know in a way that I understood. From Mr. Levy, Chief Mousseau, Matthew Mattola and all the lawyers I missed, to the Administrative assistance Jessica and Jen and everyone in between, my family and I thank you for all of your hard work and attention to my case. Staff was nice, idk why they have one star lol. Maybe cause their hours are wild.

Matthew Joseph Mottola got rid of 3 of my 4 charges and is a great lawyer. He cares about all his clients.

The website claims they're open until 4:30 with no mention of the fact that they stop working at 3:45 because "It takes 25 minutes to file" so if you get there at 4:00 because you work, save yourself a trip. Edit: I was able to get the license the following time (months later)I went and had a nice lady who was pretty quick
