I was recently represented by Mr.Paul Levy in a case at the Carbon County courthouse, Mr Levy, his team of secretaries, constables and private investigators did a phenomenal job in researching, investigating and following up the particulars of my case. I feel that I am a free man because of Mr. Levy and his Associates. I would beyond highly recommend him to anyone that needs an attorney who cares for his clients. This experience was a extremely rough time for me and Mr.Levy was there for me every step of the way. Thank you Paul, you will always be in my thoughts and prayers.

Paul Levy is a terrible lawyer. He was assigned to me as a public defender, promised me he could do so much for me and when it came time for court he was terrible. Said nothing to the judge I was basically representing myself. I went home and did some of my OWN RESEARCH. I found out I could appeal the decision. I went to ask him to appeal and he didn’t respond for a week, I had to go to catch him at the court office for one of his cases because he wouldn’t answer the phone or return my calls. He made me do a reconsideration hearing instead of an appeal which screwed me. I asked for him to get me a different judge or appeal to a higher court, which HE DIDNT AND I ENDED UP WITH THE SAME JUDGE. Obviously I got the same decision, which was so extreme for the the “crime”. DO NOT ALLOW THIS MAN TO REPRESENT YOU. If he is a public defender request a NEW ONE. His nickname in carbon county prison is “Paul leave-me-in-here”

Absolutely terrible! Attorney Levy had my uncle's case and then dropped him completely WITHOUT EVEN TELLING HIM! My uncle went into court a couple days ago and he didn't show up and that's when we found out he dropped him and to make matters worse, Levy took a case that was going against my uncle and he knows my uncle's case inside and outside. My uncle is representing himself now because Levy was a public defender not a paid one since my uncle has been sent to prison for THREE years and his case has been postponed over and over for THREE years and he's done everything that was asked of him and a couple days ago, the last time my uncle went into court and didn't see Levy, this is the end result? This is a man of dishonesty and is definitely not humane. If you want someone who will represent you and then drop you last minute and not notify you, hire Attorney Levy!

They have no problem accepting payment but when it's time for them to work, don't hold your breath!
