Lack of communication and responsiveness
“He told us he would take on our child custody case- we paid him $1000 cash THAT DAY. We did all the work of printing, digging and figuring out ways to win this case including all medical therapy notes, which he never seemed interested in receiving or having....for him to show up the day of the case MONTHS LATER and said he couldn't take it as his brother used to be his ex's attorney. He refuses to call us back, or get our $1000 back after telling us he will not represent us.”

Unprepared for court appearances
“He walked into my hearing 2 seconds before it started. Never any meeting before the hearing. Did nothing to represent me, wouldn't allow me to defend myself by taking the stand. I wouldn't use him for ANYTHING!!!”
