I had a case that will bring me 1K each month, and she could not wait for a payment to come from my case, so greedy, and so heartless, as I am disabled and my current income did not allow to just shell 350 for one hour consultation. HA HA, guess what - i did my case all by myself. From state to state, from county top county and now I am receiving all that money that she refused to help me with. Cold nonconsiderant "moneyfirst" person, wonder how the Lawyer's Oath sounds like.

I cannot say enough great things about Attorney Silverman. She was so helpful throughout the entire process. She responded to my emails and phone calls very promptly. She was kind, patient, and most importantly gave great advice. My custody case was emotionally and mentally draining for me. I was very worried that there would be an undesirable outcome. Attorney Silverman did a fantastic job of getting the best outcome for me and my son. She is the best. I would recommend her to anyone dealing with a custody issue.

Attorney Randi Silverman is an outstanding, professional lawyer. She went above and beyond to be an advocate for my daughters and I for all our needs. I retained Randi's service based on a referral from another attorney. Randi specializes in the area of law I was involved in (child custody). She is very thorough when preparing and was very confident with strategy we had chosen for my case., perhaps too confident. I had expressed concerns about the other party's strategy and was assured it would not affect how we were presenting (and my exact concerns played a direct role in the outcome). The outcome of my case was not 100% in my favor and I was urged to appeal, but declined because of my confidence in my attorney and the high cost. When it came to billing, I feel that since I neglected to appeal, they made an effort to "use up" the remaining balance of my retainer.

Randi and her staff did an outstanding, professional job of handling my divorce. Divorce is tough, but Randi and her staff made the process easier and manageable. Randi was extremely timely in replying to questions and explaining the process every step of the way. I would highly recommend Randi to anyone who is facing the tough process of a divorce.

Randi had initially responded quickly and charged appropriately for my custody hearing. As time went on she diverted the work to an attorney fresh out of school. She emailed me back but would not speak in person or over the phone and then instead of addressing the issues I had, she withdrew as my attorney. She put myself and my child at risk with the unprofessional way she handled these issues. Instead of addressing the issues and dealing with the situation, she withdrew because it was easier than facing the overcharging and the way this other attorney was handling my case. Randi was very poor with communication and was very unprofessional. She was only my attorney for approximately 9 months. I had hired Randi because I believed I was hiring someone with expertise and a good reputation. She did not have my child's or my best interest when representing me.

Yes they were in contact with me, they could not take me on as a client because of the conflict of interest. And I deeply respect that, because in my case so far I have had three conflict of interest. That is causing me tremendous harm in my case. I think she would be an excellent attorney because of her honesty, and that is something that anyone looking for a good attorney should most definitely look for. Trust me if an attorney has any kind of conflict of interest in their case steer clear from that attorney definitely. Thank you

Randi is very knowledgeable and I agreed with 100% of what she advised should be done with my custody case. Although sometimes hard to get in touch with her. And the paralegal made some mistakes on my court documents. Overall excellent in what she does.
