I would highly recommend Richard Allen for a bankruptcy attorney he was very understanding of my situation and why I had to file bankruptcy. I felt very confident Mr. Allen walking me through this process. He communicated quickly and effectively. I was informed about the process and how it was going to work. I had no surprises. Mr. Allen was very helpful in explaining all the routes of bankruptcy. All the questions i had to ask, he answered and explained each one, so that i understood . He walked me through the whole experience. He always was just a call away and always returned my calls. My experience was so good that i referred another person that needed a bankruptcy lawyer.

Only problem was he did not get to the hearing early enough to talk with us and go over the questions and answers. But his appointments and advice were excellent

Mr. Allen helped me every step of the way with my bankruptcy and checking on specifics to make sure everything was how it was to be before filing. He answered any questions I had (I had a good many via email) and was absolutely amazing. I would recommend him to anyone I know. He wasn't expensive either. He was the first one I found after many calls who wasn't an arm and a leg that I could afford.
