This attorney took advantage of my elderly father. Charged 3.5k as a retainer and till today he hasn’t credited my father. No way it costs that much to print a settlement template and send a few emails. Instead of receive some sort of payment from the defendant during the settlement (Nov of 2022), this attorney pressured my father to await payment from the opposing party in June of 2023 (who till this day hasn’t paid a penny because he’s in prison!!!). This attorney also disclosed information about this case with others who weren’t privy to the case then decided to not continue representing my father after I (an ex law student) mentioned the unethical practices he was conducting. The nerve of his comments below to say it’s false when I have the file in my possession! Please be weary of this attorney!!!
