I will repeat what I am sure you can already read. This company takes advantage of people in trouble during a pandemic and then argues with you over the phone. Very rude and disgusting practices while Americans are suffering!

They just don't communicate well. Over charge when your already in trouble. The staff isn't knowledgeable. This company is one you never want to get involved with, $40 for a letter. $675 for a monthly fee....

This company is complete EXTORTION. The fees are completely ridiculous and unfair to anyone trying to pay their past due balance. I have filed a complaint with my county, tax collector and BBB.
