In a divorce-from-hell, Kate has provided me with excellent support on a variety of topics, from property to custody. Unlike my first Philly lawyer, Kate knew that in Montgomery County not only was the value of my house at the time of marriage my separate property, but also that 5% of that value, multiplied by the number of years of marriage, is ALSO my separate property. This obscure fact turned out to be very helpful! Also, she responds to emails and keeps me informed. Her staff seems quite professional and competent.

Dear Kate, How do I thank you? The last 15 months were quite the battle, yet the battle was won! You reached for and attained more for me than I ever thought possible. And you are SOOOOO good on so very many levels not the least of which are your compassion, professionalism, honesty, knowledge, grace, grit, determination, and even "The Cable Guy" can take lessons from you because YOU know how to "GIT 'ER DONE" Seriously Kate, all of the above are heartfelt sentiments, however, I wish I had other avenues to express my gratitude and admiration for the job you do, the person you are, and the way you never ever let me down for a single second. Wheather I needed to be pushed forward or held back by the colar, you knew it instantly and made it happen. Be it weekday or weekend 6am or 11pm I felt you were with me every moment, you asnwered my calls and e-mails like I was the only concern in your life, you are a true and amazing credit to your profession! While it was a big battle in my life, I never felt alone, always knew you had my front as well as my back, you even reached out to pull up my boot straps when needed.
