Anyone can get a DUI, but I am so happy I contacted Mack Law Offices. On top of the DUI I was charged with a hit and run and a HIGH BAC. I am so thankful for my attorney Mark. This being my first offense, walking into court for the first time was a very terrifying feeling, but after I got a chance to meet Mark and heard what he had to say it really calmed my nerves. Hit and run's usually result into some jail time as he explained to me but he was able to take jail time off the table, which is all I was asking for. He was able to get me the best plea I can get and I am very satisfied with it knowing it could have gotten way worse. Based on his years experience we gave it a shot and contacted Mack's practice. From the first phone call, def. knew that we were in good hands. The court appointed attorney wanted my son to plead guilty and serve couple of months in jail, pay a fine and have his record permanently damaged for a crime that he did not commit. After speaking to attorney Mack, he told us that we should not plead guilty because there was essentially no evidence against my son.
