David was recommended by a friend of a friend of an acquaintance, but we didn’t know anyone in the area, so it was a bit of a leap of faith. I feel extremely fortunate we made that leap. What should have been a very straightforward residential real estate purchase ended up having multiple snags. Even when he was clearly as frustrated as we were, David was always a consummate professional. He earned every penny we paid him, and then some.
