I can't thank Mr. Sperring enough for helping me with my apartment issues. I appreciate how much he communicated with me and remained firm with my previous landlord. I was so worried about what to do next, but to have a lawyer who explained the laws of PA and what I'm entitled to relieved so much stress from my life. With very reasonable rates, his dedication & service went above and beyond for me. My daughter was dealing with unscrupulous apartment owners. They were attempting to overcharge her and not return her security deposit. She’s a graduate student and didn’t know what to do. I found Mr. Chris Sperring through one of his legal colleagues. He was a game changer!!! He stopped them from harassing her and even forced them to return DOUBLE her original deposit WITH INTEREST!
