We are very appreciative of our recent meetings with Mr. Pierson. He was very professional and informative in our complicated will preparation. He was very thorough, taking the time to answer many questions and discussed different scenarios for us to consider. We found his support staff to be quite helpful and kind. Highly recommend this office.

My husband and I are a young couple without children, unsure of our plans for the future. Shawn and his team helped us create documents that would last well throughout our lives, even through various changes. My experience with this office was a very positive one, from scheduling the initial appointment to the final meeting. Mr. Pierson listened to my objectives and gave great advice on things that I hadn’t even thought of. He was thorough and clear with his explanations and is kind enough to include your short calls with no additional fees. I would definitely recommend this law office!

We were interested in updating our will and set up an appointment hoping to be advised on how best to reach our objectives. Shawn was a bit late meeting with us and wore a mask, which somewhat muffled his speech. He spent a good bit of the time on the computer apparently determining if we had enough assets to justify his time. He seemed more interested in knocking out a simple will and collecting his fee rather than discussing our ideas. In the end, he told us we didn't know what we wanted to do and charged a $595 consulting fee and sent us out the door.

If you are looking for an attorney who can handle Wills and Estates, Elder Law, Financial and Health Powers of Attorney with Living Will Instructions, look no further. Mr. Pierson is thorough, personable and keeps it simple. We chose him based on reviews and reading about his background. We were not disappointed. Great experience with him and his office personnel. Very efficient.
