Shawn and the entire staff are wonderful. They act professionally, respond promptly, and were very thorough and detail oriented. They met all of our needs and went above and beyond in other areas. We highly recommend using Shawn for all of your wills & estate planning needs.

Shawn and his staff were very helpful with assisting my family with my parents estate. My parents passed within a short time of one another, which created some obstacles, also multiple retirement accounts, both state an federal, they were able to assist and guide me thru in a stress free manner. With the pandemic hitting, they were able to find resources to complete the final federal tax. With businesses being closed, they were able to direct me, and complete with following safety guidelines. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Shawn Pierson and his team. They did a terrific job with my mom's legal documents. What makes them more than just knowledgeable and effective with legal issues, however, is the compassion, empathy, patience, and warmth with which they dealt with both my mom and me. Shawn and everyone else I talked with throughout the process was responsive, helpful, and understanding of the complexities and emotions that can arise when dealing with aging, independence, finances, and the like. I can't imagine there's anyone better in the Lancaster community.

I was extremely impressed by the entire office staff's very efficient professionalism to help me in re-editing my will and power of attorneys (medical and financial). In spite of the devastating flu epidemic this winter 2020, everyone pitched into helping accommodate me in a timely fashion. I was very grateful for all the thorough re-reading procedures we went through and all the very knowledgeable legal advice I was given.

Shawn came highly recommended and my wife and I were very impressed. He assisted my wife and I with our will and the financial/medical power of attorney process. Shawn and his staff treated us with kindness and compassion and we have strongly suggested many friends and family utilize his service.

My wife and I utilized Mr Pierson for wills, power of attorney, medical POA etc. he was very, very personable, professional and thorough. His staff was equally professional, accommodating and efficient. They were extremely accommodating to scheduling around my wife’s medical needs, changing times making sure our appointments were held on time. The other extremely welcome thing was, it was all done at a flat rate that was discussed and agreed to at the first meeting. NO SURPRISES!!!!!! I rarely post reviews good or bad but I felt my experience with Shawn and his staff is worth sharing. I set up an appointment with Holly who was very friendly and accommodating. I came in the office and Shawn made me feel at ease. He explained a will and POA documents in plain language to make it easy to understand. Everyone was helpful, efficient with the whole process and compassionate. Being a small Firm was also a plus... I did not feel rushed and they seem to have their clients best interests at heart. Will recommend and go back with other future planning!

After numerous phone calls over four months and repeated requests for a return phone call, I have yet to receive the courtesy of a return call. I have no idea what criteria my mother used to select this practice to settle her estate. I am the only remaining living heir to my mother’s estate which needed to be reopened to distribute some overlooked stock certificates. Whatever the status of my mother’s estate there can be no excuse for ignoring my repeated requests to be updated.
