Ariana worked with me and on her own to get information needed. She got my medical files, explained every detail of the whole process of my SSI appeal, and answered all questions I had. Cons: poor communication. They advised I get medical information relevant to my SSDI case and send it to them. After I sent them information, I heard nothing. I was assued that someone would contact me. Today, 2 weeks after my appeal was due to be filed, I got a letter from them saying they won't be taking my case. Oh really? I figured that out on my own. Good thing I hired a different firm who actually wanted to help me.
