An unfortunate injury incident caused me to need to find expert legal counsel. i reached out to His office and was put in touch with Chad. Upon meeting him, I knew he was the right person to work with on my injury suit. Throughout our legal battle, Chad kept me up to date and on top of our case. and was always concerned about my recovery. I asked a question thru his website and had a return phone call within minutes and a appointment the next day. I was involved in a vehicle accident four months prior and at my breaking point with Dr.'s and insurance companies phone calls. I was injured and receiving medical help. The same day I went to speak with Chad, he became my lawyer and I never had to deal with another phone call. I think he saved my sanity at that point. He was straight forward about everything with me and I left his office feeling lighter. I was able to continue taking care of myself knowing he was dealing with anything that would be a issue for me. Mr. Chad Rankin took over my auto case, as I was unsatisfied with a Philadelphia area attorney's professionalism. This was a painless process.
