Without a doubt, the best lawyer alive! I rarely write reviews, but this was an exception. Everyone should have the opportunity to encounter such professionalism. I was on the verge of losing everything for which I had worked so hard. Mark not only took his time helping me, but he was also open and willing to answer any and all questions I had about the situation. I found myself completely depressed and hopeless after I was charged with a DUI. I have always been a perfectionist so this seemed like the end of the world. Mark came into the office on a Saturday to meet with me because my parents had contacted him regarding how depressed I was. He listened to my story, was empathetic, but also very proactive in starting the process to put this behind me. Mark introduced me to the ARD program, and was very helpful with laying out the timeline / process for the program.
