My son was looking at 3 to ten years if convicted. Cory did a great job of knowing what he was dealing with, in regard to judge and prosecuter and got charges reduced to a misdemeanor and only 1 yr of probation. Cory was always up front and honest about everything. Our family is so very thankful for him.

When our son needed an attorney, we hired Mr. Cory Miller at the recommendation of a friend, who himself had had a positive experience with Mr. Miller. Our son was facing several charges, to include DUIs and Endangerment. It was a strong possibility that he might have to do state prison time of a year or more. With Mr. Miller's help, he was able to serve his time in-county and do work release as well. We are grateful for his expertise, knowledge of the local legal system, and professionalism. We live in Maryland and needed legal advice after our 20 year old son got himself into trouble in Lancaster. An evening of underage drinking escalated out control and he was facing several non-traffic citations which would have remained on his public record for five years, discoverable to any potential employer’s background search. We called Cory’s office based simply on an internet search. He was responsive and thorough in his initial consultation and advised us on what was at stake and how he felt he could help. We hired him thereafter. A few weeks later, immediately prior to the judicial hearing, he consulted with the officer and EMT involved. Cory was familiar with the judge assigned and how best to communicate with her. Working with the court, Corey was able to secure community service and a diversion program for our son, with the aim to have our son’s record expunged within a year. I hired Corey Miller for a probation termination cuz I had a warrant because of a PV. Long story short I’m no longer on probation and I no longer have a warrant and I did no jail time. He gave me multiple options on which way it could go and we took the one with most risk and it paid off which tells me this guy really knows what he’s doing. I 100% recommended.

I was going to do 90 days in jail with 5 years probation. Cory did what he said he was going to do and got me out of it. Now I can see my baby daughter be born and be with my family. If there were 20 stars I would give them. Thank you Cory!

Cory represented me in 2014-15 in a serious criminal case. He worked diligently for me, and the result for me was far better than I could have hoped for. He never minimized the seriousness of my situation or the potential consequences, but Cory fought hard for an equitable outcome. 5.0 star rating 1/18/2017 Cory represented my son who got into an argument with his babys mother. Though she did not want to go through with the charges the cops were making her testify. Mr. Miller helped fight for his right to remain silent and the DA couldn't make her testify. After meeting with us at his office, Mr. Miller spoke to the DA before going to Court. The cops did not force her to testify during the hearing and the charges were dismissed. Cory explained everything to us from the first time we met him. He returned all our calls and did not pass my sons case to another attorney in his office. After hearing our concerns he made a plan and followed it out. It went just as he said. I hope to never need him again but if I do he is the only attorney I will call. Thank you! Al Marshall
