Chris Lyden is not only an abysmal lawyer, but an insufferable human being. I had the displeasure of meeting him when he was appointed to me by the court of common pleas. He tried to convince me to blindly take the first deal the DA offered without even seeing my discovery, and said that the idea that I could get a better deal was "very much exuberant of fantastical thinking". I later went on to higher a lawyer who isn't completely inept, and a sociopath, and wound up signing a plea deal for 2-4 years whereas Chris would have gladly let me serve 5-10. Not to mention he my sent legal mail to the wrong address multiple times, and blamed me for it even after I called his office to inform him of my change of address. I presume his secretary to be as useless as he is. Anyway the guy is a real animal. Don't say you weren't warned.

He got me time served 2 times back to back parole wanted the max which was 2 years he got me time served I recommend him he’s good money…

I was looking at 9 monthes to possibly a year on my third violation which I thought was only my second one at the time but because of being violated on my fines and costs prior this last time, It was considered my third PV, so finding that out last minute..within days of my court date it made me extremely nervous and very stressed out, but after having my free consultation with Raymond right there at the prison I was in and by totally going over my case with him...he gave me my possibilities within reason and to follow up on my decision well let's just say, I hired him on the spot right then and there..so the day of my court hearing I was alittle skeptical but mainly because the anxiety was just so unbearable, well i should of gave him more the benefit then of the doubt because he was fantastic! I was sentenced to only 4 monthes but with the completion of 2-1 Mary Clary's drug/alcohol classes which was only a 6 week program, I could be released early as the last day of the program! I was only alittle less then 2 monthes imprisoned by that point, also didn't help that my probation officer had recommended 9 monthes jail time to the judge, and the Judge for my overall sentencing was Sir Honorable Judge Knisley...not before red flagging me he sentenced me to a total of 4 months in prison upon early release when I complete the full 2-1 program and so with all that being said, I would highly suggest hiring Attorney Mr. Raymond E. Stout and if you have even a more similar story to mine or anything criminally related then you should most definitely reconsider hiring Mr. Stout as your legal representative...not only will he make sure you serve very limited jail time due to those who do not like it in prison, also depending on your situation/case....but I can guarantee you he will give you his full, honest suggestions for legal advice on what ALL possibilities you have upon hearing your docket following your options laid out for you to make your decision before making any moves. Because, at the end of the day, above everyone else all jokes aside and out of all seriousness..overall, only you can choose what you want to do in your own life, you have the power to choose and if you are in a bad situation or you know someone who is close to you, family or even friends maybe...help them to recognize that their best choice should be to choose to make Mr. Raymond E. Stout as their/your your legal counsel today! If money is an issue, no worries at all...Ray is flexible with payment plans, he will work with all types of payments, and most of all...without even hearing your full story/case he will arrange to come meet with you while imprisonment without any money up front!
