Mr. Blevins was hired to assist in the probate process. He was paid $4,100.00 upfront. Over a 2 year period... accounting errors were made... Simple requests to have copies of filed court documents mailed or emailed to administrator were entirely ignored... The law firm (Mark and his wife Jane) were contacted 18 times via email/voicemail over a 3 week period requesting verification of funeral luncheon receipt sent to them from another heir, Not 1 single call/email was returned... Everyday of the week their website states the office is OPEN... but they are never there... and no one ever answers the phone... this was common even long before the coronavirus restrictions. By this point, We had lost all confidence in Mark and his wife and felt forced to find a different attorney (at additional cost) to close out the estate.

Mark was excellent through the entire process. He is knowledgeable, conscientious, considerate, and thorough. He explained every step of the process and included all the options. He followed up with every concern and made sure that I was comfortable with each action we took through the process. While this was an emotional process for me, he was there to answer any questions. Even after the procedure was completed, he took the time to answer questions even three years later. He truly was the best choice for me.

I have used Mr. Blevins services twice for real estate transactions. Both transactions went extremely well, and all paperwork was very clear and correct. I needed title work done, and Mr. Blevins also completed that. The other transaction was an eviction. This was the first time I had ever gone through this process, and Mr. Blevins and his wife were extremely valuable. They are very knowledgeable with the current laws and even accompanied me in court. Mr. Blevins will be my first call if I need legal services again in the future.

Mark is helping me prove to the state of PA that I should not have to pay inheritance taxes on a property that I purchased nearly 10 years ago.

I have worked with Mark on Wills/POAs/MPOAs and a refinancing settlement. In all cases, Mark has been very helpful and easy to work with. He explains things in a way that makes it easy to understand, gives great advice, and he bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule. For our Wills/POAs/MPOAs, Mark sought to understand our wishes and then advised us on how to best set that up in our documents. The entire experience was convenient for my wife and me, as Mark was able to complete the documents with fact-finders, a few phone calls, and two face-to-face meetings. For my refinancing settlement, Mark worked behind the scenes with a less-than-organized lender. The process had to be difficult for him, but he didn't let it show to me. Then, he came to my house after normal business hours to review and sign the documents. Not only will I use Mark's services again, but I will also recommend him to family & friends.

As you can see from the title Mark is my go to guy when legal expertise is needed. He understands the stress often related when legal assistance is required and always lays out the facts and options in a calm clear manner.

Mark worked with me for 2 years on a long drawn out divorce case.
