I cannot say enough good things about this man and I am beyond happy with the representation provided by Mr. Breit and his team. I had a complex case which involved numerous departments across two different states. Mr. Breit flawlessly coordinated these intricacies and was able to ultimately deliver me results which were much better than what I was initially facing. Not only did he immediately call me to discuss my case when I first reached out, but he plainly laid out the facts and the possible consequences in a way that was easily understood. He was a calming presence throughout this process and his demeanor in the courtroom was a testament to his many years of experience. I strongly recommend anybody going through legal troubles in PA to make Mr. Breit your first call, you will not be disappointed!

I have been trying to file a petition through them since September of 2023!! Finally got an answer back 2 weeks before my petition was due! Petition needed done and signed by judge by March 12th 2024! They were made aware of this and I just received the petition today (March 12th) with major and I mean major errors in it!!! Still have yet to be in front of a judge…. Over $500 waste for them to make SIMPLE mistakes on the petition. How hard is it to have someone proofread before sending something out! Something so simple as putting the wrong name on it even though the correct name is listed in the defendant box!!

Mr. Breit went above an beyond, and helped us get the best outcome possible in a traffic issue. He was professional, reassuring, and took the burden off of our shoulders. I could not recommend him more.

First impressions are lasting impressions. I'm glad this lawyer just gave my wife a ROS over the phone. She doesn't need to be verbally abused throughout her case by someone we are paying. She doesn't let me talk to her like that and I don't let others. It would not have worked. And judging by the other negative reviews, the outcome would not have been worth the $$ anyway.
