I needed a lawyer for a loved one who had been arrested on a DUI and two summary offenses. This caused them to violate their probation. I chose Attorney Steven Breit who had represented them a few years ago. At that time Attorney Breit was able to keep them out of jail and a 1year loss of license. This time for the DUI Attorney Breit was able to have the two summary offenses removed. They were given 72 hours jail time and 1 year loss of license. Along with Driving and Drug and Alcohol courses. For the PV offense they served 16 days in jail and are to complete the rest of their probation. Thank you, Attorney Breit for your diligence in representing my loved one! I am thankful for his secretary Jess who helped me through the process. I would highly recommend Attorney Breit for your DUI and other criminal offenses.

I had a great experience with having Steven Breit as my attorney. He was able to get me minimal sentencing and he was fast and efficient through the court process. I couldn’t have asked for a better attorney with my situation. After the court process was over he also helped me with a Pendot issue that Had been reoccurring and walked me through the steps and corrected it himself as well and come to a conclusion that we were both happy with and again I cannot thank him enough for doing everything that he did for me and guiding me through this process I would definitely use him again if I would ever need him in any situation thank you again Steven for the help! I'm just going to start with he is worth the money you spend. He did a fantastic job from beginning to end both him and his receptionist. And I somehow missed my hearing day and he took the initiative to represent me and got me the charges dropped to one with a fine instead of the other which would of cost me points on my driving record. Steven represented me for a failed to yield citation I received following a car accident. In the courtroom, he was a wolverine. Failing to yield is a three point offense (eeeekk!) Initially when we spoke on the phone, he said he was confident that he could reduce it to a non-moving offense. But guess what, he did even better and got it DISMISSED! He is the real deal and the guy you want on your side when you're in hot water. He is a great lawyer and a great person, I'd recommend him over and over again.

I hired this attorney for a very easy case. He was extremely unprofessional. Showed up to court wearing jeans and when I confronted him about his Facebook friendship with the assistant district attorney he blew up started cussing and threatening to sue me if I left any reviews online.

I am from NC and was visiting when I received a speeding ticket in PA. The cop clocked me going 45 in a 25; and the speed limit had just dropped. Anyhow, Mr Breit was very communicative and responded personally to every message from me and answered all my concerns. He actually got my ticket dismissed and I’m getting a refund on the $200+ fees I paid the court……whaaaat?!? I definitely did not expect that!!! I hope I never have to but would hire him again in a heartbeat!!
