Never called back

I had a traffic violation which could have resulted in a couple points and extremely high insurance. I was searching for a good defense attorney and he was the top ranking one. He took on my case, amended the citation and i am getting a refund from the courts. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs an lawyer for a job well done

My 17 year old son was charged with a hit and run after having his license only a few months. He backed into a vehicle in a parking lot, got out and didn’t see any damage, so he assumed there was no accident and left. The next day we got a call from the trooper and immediately contacted Attorney Breit. It was a Friday and the accident happened out of town, however he came in on his day off on Saturday to help alleviate our fears. Fast forward a few weeks and we just had our court hearing, we never had to step foot in the courtroom. Attorney Breit came out and said to my son “you’ve been found not guilty!” We’ve never had any dealings with the law before, and hope to never again, but Attorney Breit made this process as easy as he possibly could have for us. He was definitely a Godsend to our family and worth the price we paid!

Steven was able to negotiate a favorable resolution to my matter and did it with me running approximately 45 minutes late for the hearing and he was able to do this without me being there. A+ representation here

Fighter for my rights. I was facing a minimum of 45 days in jail for a 2nd DUI. Steven presented an open Plea to the D.A. and the judge walking them through the facts of my case and stating case law to the judge that allows him to change the mandatory minimum's required by law. I did not spend 1 minute in Jail. I am a free man because of the tenacity of Steven's defense of my rights. Steven=Hope even if you are guilty. You do have rights. Don't accept the status quo .

This guy sucked for a serious traffic ticket I got a few years ago. Yes, it isn't recent but the review is still deserving because I just had a good friend of mine tell me he represented him and he lost immediately at the hearing. If you're going to hire him, do not have him go to a "trial". I had to get another lawyer afterwards (highly recommended by someone that knew someone....) and appeal the thing and got the entire thing tossed out which cost several thousand more dollars. His defense was laughable at my expense. The cops didn't even answer anything that he asked them because he pitched bogus arguments during cross examination. Bugs me to this day, I've never hired such a terrible attorney like him.

Hired Steven for a speeding ticket, he knocked 3 points off of the ticket before even going into the court room! Great guy, knows what hes doing, very affordable also. Next time i get pinched, definitely giving him a call!
